Apply & Get Vetted
Submit your application. SaferCity reviews and accredits your company as an Active Responder within the ecosystem.
Receive Your Zones
You're assigned specific hexagon dispatch zones based on your geographic coverage area. Multiple zones may be assigned for broader coverage.
Alerts Go Live
When a verified emergency occurs in your zone within the last 120 minutes, a dispatch pop-up appears in the control console for your team.
Respond & Earn
Your team responds. Performance criteria are met. You earn R250 per successful SaferCity Network callout — on top of your normal operations.
Precision Dispatch Technology
The SaferCity control console gives dispatchers and responders everything they need to act fast and accurately.
- 120-minute dispatch window. Only crimes within your assigned zones and reported in the last 120 minutes are actionable. Older crimes remain visible for context only.
- Near real-time updates. Crime markers refresh continuously so dispatchers always have the latest picture on screen.
- Multi-responder dispatch. Dispatchers can assign multiple responders to a single incident when required.
- Flexible crime visibility filters. Default view is last 120 minutes. Extend to 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or up to 2 years for pattern analysis.
- Focused accountability. Hexagon zones reduce operational noise and create clear ownership — you know exactly which areas are yours.
What You Earn
Two income streams — performance-based callout fees as a Responder, and recurring monthly commissions as a Reseller.

We're Building LPR Into the Platform
SaferCity is actively integrating LPR (Licence Plate Recognition) camera networks into the dispatch and monitoring platform. If your company already has LPR infrastructure deployed in your coverage areas, that coverage could add real intelligence value to the ecosystem — and to your partnership.
When you apply, let us know whether you operate any LPR cameras. Our team will explore how your existing infrastructure can be integrated and what additional value that unlocks for your zones.
